Who we are
Vicson Investment LLC is a newly formed S-Corporation wholly owned by Samson Olobayo and Victor Dawodu for the purposes of purchasing and owing income producing real estate through its business model which places customers first with high quality and valuable rental properties.
Our perspective and approach
We view our relationship with our tenant as a partnership and, as such, strive to maintain a high level of responsiveness and understanding of our tenants’ specific needs and objectives. Further, we see ourselves as an extension of each tenant and seek to add value through our property management and customer service team.

Victor Dawodu
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Victor Dawodu – is a Geologist in the Oil and Gas industry and an Investor, Mr. Dawodu has the skills to make meaningful analysis of findings that ensures the company acquire properties that best serve the company’s mission and values. His interpersonal and diplomacy skills to work with a variety of different clients with varying communication needs and style reinforces the company’s vision of putting client first. Victor has several years of experience in real estates in different countries.

Samson Olobayo
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Samson Olobayo – is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Olobayo works in the Oil and Gas industry as a Financial Advisor. His role as a financial advisor has afforded him a wealthy dose of knowledge in market research to ensure that clients are aware of the most appropriate products that best meet their needs and securing long term relationship.
